We are seeking a dedicated Guru Mata Pelajaran for both SMP (Junior High) and SMA (Senior High) levels who possesses strong academic credentials and a passion for nurturing young minds. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for both junior and senior high school subjects.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including digital tools and project‑based learning, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, mid‑term and final examinations, ensuring timely feedback for student growth.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and maintain accurate academic records.
- Conduct parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student performance, address concerns, and set collaborative improvement goals.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development committees, and professional development workshops.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as debate clubs, science fairs, or cultural events, to foster holistic development.
- Uphold school policies, disciplinary standards, and the ethical standards outlined by the foundation.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on classroom management and instructional techniques.
- Engage in community outreach programs that promote literacy, cultural appreciation, and social responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant linear field.
- Preferably a S1 degree in Arabic Language or a recognized Competency Certificate in Arabic studies.
- Possession of a valid Syahadah or Sanad Al‑Qur’an confirming proficiency in Quranic recitation.
- At least 0–2 years of teaching experience in SMP or SMA environments (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Strong discipline, high integrity, and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—polite, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and innovative mindset, capable of integrating modern teaching technologies.
- Commitment to adhering to school and foundation regulations, including attendance from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
