- Utilize modern teaching aids such as digital simulations, interactive whiteboards, and laboratory kits to make complex concepts accessible.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship, fostering critical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and scientific curiosity.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson outcomes, and parental communications in the company’s learning management system.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with the latest pedagogical techniques.
- Promote a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols during laboratory activities.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is also required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
