Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Part‑time Waiters. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, beverages, and specials.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to guarantee satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timing and flow of service.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions securely, prepare receipts, and balance your shift’s sales at the end of the day.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
  • Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up service stations, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cleaning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; a polished and presentable appearance is essential.
  • Prior experience in food & beverage service is preferred, but enthusiastic beginners are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with diverse guests.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a high level of responsibility in previous roles or academic settings.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifting priorities during busy periods.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or service items safely.
