We are currently seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial Penagihan to join our network of branches in Kebumen and surrounding areas. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and the opportunity to develop a career in credit risk management within a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue), ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies.
- Monitor daily aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection actions based on risk exposure.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face visits when necessary to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit Approval and Customer Service teams to verify customer information and resolve disputes that may hinder payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the internal CRM system, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rate, delinquency trends, and effectiveness of negotiation strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit risk, negotiation techniques, and regulatory updates to continuously improve collection effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of preventive measures, such as early‑warning alerts and credit score monitoring, to reduce future delinquency.
- Represent Adira Finance with professionalism and integrity during all customer interactions, reinforcing the company’s reputation for fairness and transparency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the posting).
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit monitoring, or related financial services; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and influence customers positively.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial data.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Willingness to be placed at any Adira branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile, ensuring flexibility across the regional network.
