Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Mitra Shopee to join our field team covering the Solo and Sukoharjo regions. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador of Shopee’s merchant ecosystem, helping small‑scale retailers such as warungs, mini‑stores, and micro‑businesses become empowered partners on one of Southeast Asia’s fastest‑growing e‑commerce platforms. Responsibilities

  • New Merchant Acquisition: Conduct proactive, door‑to‑door visits to warungs, toko kelontong, and other micro‑businesses to present the value proposition of becoming a Shopee Partner. Explain how the platform can increase foot traffic, boost sales, and simplify payment processing.
  • Application Education & Onboarding: Deliver hands‑on training sessions that guide partners through the Shopee Merchant app, covering digital product purchases (pulsa, data, PPOB), QR‑code payment integration (QRIS), and the listing of physical goods.
  • Partner Activation: Ensure each newly onboarded merchant completes their first transaction and establishes a routine of using the app for daily sales, thereby reducing churn and building early momentum.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including the number of new partners signed, total transaction value generated, and activation rates.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to existing partners, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and act as the primary point of contact for queries related to payments, refunds, or app functionality.
  • Performance Reporting: Submit detailed daily reports on visits, registrations, activation status, and sales performance to the field coordinator, using the internal reporting tools.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from merchants about market needs, competitor activities, and potential product enhancements, and relay insights to the product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 45 years old.
  • Gender: open to all.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of PPOB services, QRIS, prepaid top‑up (pulsa), or similar payment solutions.
  • Prior experience working with Warung Pintar or comparable retail‑tech initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and a valid SIM C with active communication capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex digital concepts for non‑technical users.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
  • Basic proficiency in sales administration and familiarity with mobile sales applications.
