Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Higher Education Student Advisor to join the front‑line team of our English Academy. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through our program offerings, enrollment procedures, and payment processes. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and convert interest into enrollment will directly impact the academy’s growth and reputation.
The position operates Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, providing ample interaction opportunities across phone, WhatsApp, and face‑to‑face meetings. As a key member of both the academic and operational branches, you will collaborate closely with instructors, admissions staff, and senior management to ensure a seamless experience for every learner.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, and in‑person visits.
- Deliver clear, persuasive consultations that explain the curriculum, teaching methodology, and outcomes of the English Academy’s programs.
- Guide prospective students through the complete registration cycle, from application submission to tuition payment, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with parents and students, addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing ongoing support throughout the enrollment journey.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with lead status, contact notes, and enrollment progress to guarantee data integrity.
- Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets, contributing to the academy’s revenue goals and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align student expectations with program capabilities, and work with operations to streamline onboarding procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve advisory skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a degree in Education, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though internships or part‑time roles in sales, customer service, or education are advantageous.
