The role is central to ensuring that inbound and outbound shipments move smoothly through the warehouse, meet strict service level agreements, and adhere to the company’s safety and efficiency standards. Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the entire inbound and outbound workflow, ensuring that parcels are processed efficiently from receipt to line haul dispatch.
- Supervise the sortation process, verifying that all activities follow the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality checkpoints.
- Develop and adjust manpower plans on a daily basis, aligning staff levels with fluctuating volume peaks and seasonal demand.
- Track team productivity and equipment utilization, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement and sustain 5S workplace organization principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and on‑the‑job training to build a high‑performing, engaged team.
- Prepare shift handover reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and action plans for the next shift.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including transportation, customer service, and IT—to resolve exceptions and enhance end‑to‑end supply chain visibility.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, expedition, or 3PL environments.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 09:30‑18:30).
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on productivity, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Ability to enforce and promote 5S methodology and safety standards.
