Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive field surveys to assess consumer creditworthiness and market demand, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Analyze feasibility studies and generate detailed reports that guide product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Promote and sell a range of financing solutions—including personal loans, vehicle credits, and installment plans—to qualified customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, agents, and partner organizations to expand distribution channels.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and risk assessment teams to refine product offerings based on market insights and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: 30 years or younger at the time of application.
  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition—experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work on the field, travel frequently within the Kuningan region, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian SIM C driver’s license.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly and monthly targets.
  • Soft skills: adaptability, quick learning, problem‑solving mindset, and a customer‑centric attitude.
