Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant purchasing experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of ready‑to‑drink beverages according to standardized recipes, maintaining consistent taste and quality.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock ingredients and supplies, and report any shortages to the store supervisor.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of the stand, including regular cleaning of equipment, counters, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as setting up displays, securing cash drawers, and performing end‑of‑day checks.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and support one another during busy periods.
- Uphold company policies regarding halal certification, prayer times, and overall workplace conduct.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety protocols.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the role specifically requests a hijab‑wearing woman who is unmarried.
- Must not be concurrently enrolled in school or employed elsewhere.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, friendliness, agility, hard‑working, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to be assigned to any stand location.
- Commitment to observing daily prayers and maintaining both physical and spiritual health.
- Preferably mobile and able to travel between branches as needed.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
