We are seeking a motivated Kasir Penjualan dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be the front‑line representative of our brand, handling cash transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Process all sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that the cash register, receipt printer, and promotional materials are fully stocked.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related inquiries, and provide recommendations that align with their needs.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing deposit slips and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Support inventory control by recording shrinkage, reporting low‑stock items, and assisting with periodic stock‑takes.
- Collaborate closely with sales associates, floor staff, and management to ensure seamless store operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and health‑safety protocols.
- Uphold company policies regarding health, safety, and data protection, especially when handling sensitive customer information.
- Contribute ideas for improving checkout efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity is welcomed.
- Physical and mental fitness to stand for extended periods and handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a pleasant attitude is essential.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and reliability in previous work or academic settings.

- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
