We are seeking a dedicated Pelayan Restoran Profesional to join our dynamic front‑of‑house team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering initial questions about the restaurant’s offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and managing table linens.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow floor staff to coordinate service flow and handle peak‑hour demands efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, respond to special requests, and resolve any concerns with professionalism and composure.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to company policies.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal protocols.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of service stations, and reporting of any equipment or supply issues.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new menu items, promotional events, and service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in restaurant service or a related hospitality role is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers are also considered.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact politely and effectively with guests and team members.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
