Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operator Pallet Mover to join our fast‑growing logistics team at our Sentul (Kabupaten Bogor) facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from inbound receipt to storage and order fulfilment, supporting our commitment to on‑time delivery and warehouse safety. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in heavy‑equipment operation to develop their skills in a dynamic, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service pallet mover equipment and associated machinery in strict accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimise downtime.
- Execute the transfer of incoming goods from the receiving dock to designated inventory locations, verifying quantities and condition of each item.
- Pick, organise, and stage items based on detailed picking lists, ensuring accuracy for downstream order processing.
- Place pallets in their correct storage slots, following the warehouse layout plan and any specific placement instructions.
- Uphold warehouse cleanliness and orderliness, including routine aisle checks, spill control, and proper waste disposal.
- Collaborate with inventory control and quality assurance teams to resolve discrepancies and report any damage promptly.
- Participate in daily safety briefings, conduct pre‑shift equipment inspections, and report any hazards or irregularities to supervisors.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules (morning, afternoon, or night) and work six days per week, including public holidays, with one guaranteed day off.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience operating a reach‑truck (double‑deep) and a Heli‑brand pallet mover.
- Active SIO (Sertifikat Izin Operasional) certification; the specific aircraft‑level rating is not required.
- Willingness to be stationed in Sentul and to work a six‑day workweek, including national holidays.
- Flexibility to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, or night).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to follow written instructions, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
