The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, courteous, and comfortable handling multiple payment methods in a fast‑paced retail or restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Transactions
- Accurately record orders when required and process payments (cash, debit/credit cards, QRIS, e‑wallets).
- Provide correct change and issue receipts promptly.
- Answer basic inquiries about menu items, pricing, and promotions.
- Operate POS System
- Enter orders into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system with speed and precision.
- Print and verify payment receipts, ensuring all data is captured correctly.
- Perform routine checks to keep the software updated and troubleshoot minor glitches.
- Maintain Financial Accuracy
- Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
- Prepare daily cash‑flow reports and perform closing procedures.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages immediately to the supervisor.
- Deliver Friendly Service
- Greet customers with a warm smile and a respectful attitude.
- Assist patrons in selecting items, providing recommendations when appropriate.
- Handle complaints calmly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Keep the Cashier Area Clean and Organized
- Maintain a tidy workstation, ensuring all equipment (cash register, scanner, receipt printer) is functional.
- Regularly sanitize surfaces to meet health‑safety standards.
- Coordinate with Team Members
- Communicate order status with kitchen staff and floor servers.
- Notify relevant personnel when an order has been paid and is ready for delivery.
- Collaborate on shift handovers to ensure continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.

- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a customer‑service mindset are encouraged.
- Key skills:
- Strong service etiquette and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash accurately.

- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work the scheduled shift from 07:00 – 17:00, with potential flexibility based on staffing needs.
