Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customer leads in line with the company’s business plan and sales targets for group loan products.
- Conduct thorough assessments of prospective borrowers, evaluating character, creditworthiness, and financial capacity.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor weekly installment payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with collection teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and repayment schedules using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior officers and branch managers to develop targeted sales strategies and community outreach programs.
- Provide timely feedback to product development teams regarding client needs and market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on financial products, compliance requirements, and effective sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a high school diploma is required.
