Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality facial, massage, and cream bath treatments in accordance with the salon’s standard operating procedures.
- Assist clients with product selection, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and demonstrate proper usage of skincare and hair‑care items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment, including sanitizing treatment rooms and ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirm bookings via phone or social media platforms, and handle walk‑in inquiries efficiently.
- Promote salon services and special promotions through active engagement on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), creating appealing content and responding to customer comments.
- Collaborate with senior stylists and therapists to ensure seamless service delivery during busy shift periods.
- Adhere to the shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and reliably cover assigned work hours, including occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Provide courteous, respectful, and empathetic communication with every client, fostering long‑term loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; professional appearance and personal grooming are essential.
- At least 0‑1 year of hands‑on experience in a salon setting, with demonstrated proficiency in facial, massage, and cream bath techniques.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, polite, and highly communicative.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of hair‑styling fundamentals (Seni Menata Rambut) is a plus.
