Responsibilities

- Conduct routine cleaning of workstations, cooking equipment, refrigeration units, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Perform daily inventory checks, record usage, and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Handle the receiving, labeling, and proper storage of food deliveries, ensuring compliance with safety and traceability guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and notifying maintenance staff of any malfunctions.
- Support waste‑reduction initiatives by properly sorting and disposing of food waste and recyclables.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper hand‑washing, use of personal protective equipment, and temperature control.
- Collaborate with chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Maintain accurate records of prep lists, cleaning schedules, and any incident reports.
Requirements
- Female candidates, minimum age of 20 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Honest, courteous, and able to maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, mental resilience, and a sense of responsibility.
- Basic ability to operate standard kitchen equipment (e.g., slicers, mixers, ovens).
- Proven ability to prepare and process food items safely and efficiently.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude toward team members.
- Willingness to work a full schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
