Responsibilities
- Produce high‑quality photo and video assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze emerging social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Develop comprehensive content plans and editorial calendars, coordinating timelines with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Upload, schedule, and manage posts across all designated social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to ensure messaging consistency and to support lead‑generation initiatives.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community feedback in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversion metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess audience demographics, content performance, and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain an organized repository of all digital assets, ensuring easy retrieval for future campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of paid social media initiatives, including ad copy creation and audience targeting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in social media content production and management.
- Proficiency with photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
- Strong analytical skills: ability to use tools for competitor analysis, demographic insights, market trend tracking, and SEO algorithm understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a solid grasp of visual storytelling and brand voice.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00.
