Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Team Cashier Services Coordinator to join our growing operations in Desa Blabak, Kediri. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth handling of cash transactions, supervising a dedicated cashier team, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash handling procedures across all retail points, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Coordinate and schedule rolling shifts (two shifts) to guarantee continuous coverage from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate cashier staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Monitor cash registers, perform end‑of‑day reconciliations, and prepare detailed financial reports for senior management.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve transaction‑related issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce company policies on integrity, ethics, and conflict‑of‑interest to safeguard business reputation.
  • Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to synchronize cash flow with stock movements and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of cash drawers and ensure any discrepancies are investigated and reported.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the proper use of the provided Wi‑Fi and break‑room facilities.
  • Participate in community outreach programs such as “Jumat Berkah,” contributing to the social responsibility initiatives of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only; maximum age of 25 years.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good physical and mental health, capable of handling the demands of a rolling shift schedule.
  • Demonstrated personal integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to company values.
  • Ability to work without personal conflicts of interest related to the workplace.
  • Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Team‑player mindset with leadership potential to guide junior cashiers.
