Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils following established health‑code procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, storage rooms, and restroom facilities on a daily basis.
- Perform routine floor sweeping, mopping, and waste removal to ensure a tidy environment.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and dishwashing detergents, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist with deep‑cleaning tasks such as oven, grill, and refrigerator interiors on a scheduled basis.
- Inspect all cleaned items for quality assurance and promptly address any deficiencies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate dish‑turnover times, minimizing downtime during peak service periods.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal work station, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly after use.
- Document daily cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues to the facilities manager.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; physical strength required to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Own a reliable motorbike or other personal transportation for commuting.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in dishwashing and general cleaning within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong sense of personal hygiene; must present a clean and tidy appearance at all times.
- Excellent time‑management skills, punctuality, honesty, and courteous demeanor.
- Demonstrated responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, waste segregation, and safety standards.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
