The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer‑service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate a wide range of electronic and gadget products to prospective customers at retail outlets, trade shows, and community events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and follow‑up visits.
- Conduct product presentations, answer technical queries, and provide tailored recommendations that align with customer needs.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, tracking performance against KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools, ensuring data integrity for future marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, in‑store displays, and digital content that enhance product visibility.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging trends in the electronics and automotive leasing markets.
- Provide post‑sale support, including warranty assistance, product registration, and handling customer complaints with professionalism.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest product features, technical specifications, and sales techniques.
- Report daily activity, sales results, and forecasted demand to the Sales Manager, offering insights for inventory planning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 40 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of electronics, gadgets, automotive products, or leasing services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Honest, loyal, and highly motivated with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency with communication tools (mobile phone, messaging apps), customer management systems (CRM), and basic sales analytics software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work within the stipulated hours (08:00 – 17:00) and adapt to occasional weekend or event‑based assignments.
