Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously update the existing sales database, ensuring data integrity and preparing leads for conversion into sales opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to enhance the buying experience.
  • Develop simple, eye‑catching promotional content (such as social media graphics, flyers, and email templates) that supports marketing campaigns and drives brand awareness.
  • Engage in ongoing learning about electric bicycles and motorcycles, staying current on technical specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to track performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Utilize a flexible weekly schedule that allows you to select one half‑day off per week, in agreement with management, to support work‑life balance.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions aimed at improving product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
  • No upper age limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
