Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan to join our security team at the PIK Dua location. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00 – 17:00) and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic urban setting, collaborating closely with facility management and local authorities to ensure that security protocols are consistently applied.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and in designated security vehicles, to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, promptly responding to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Control access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate entry logs.
- Perform thorough security checks of deliveries, packages, and equipment before allowing entry onto the site.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting any breaches, accidents, or safety concerns for senior management review.
- Liaise with local police, fire departments, and emergency medical services during incidents, ensuring coordinated response efforts.
- Enforce company policies regarding dress code, personal conduct, and prohibited items such as tattoos or body piercings in restricted zones.
- Participate in regular training sessions on first aid, fire safety, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Provide courteous assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors, enhancing the overall perception of safety and professionalism.
- Assist in the implementation of risk assessments and recommend improvements to existing security measures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or related safety role.
- Active Sertifikat Gada Pratama and a valid KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) membership.
- Height of at least 170 cm to meet visual oversight standards.
- No body piercings or tattoos that are visible while on duty.
- Resides in PIK Dua or the surrounding area to ensure reliable attendance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and using security software.
