Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining strict adherence to company cash‑handling procedures.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about products or menu items, and provide recommendations that enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a tidy checkout area, ensuring that all merchandise displays are organized and that promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Reconcile daily sales reports, prepare cash‑up sheets, and report any discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and monitoring product expiry dates, especially in the food‑service section.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to coordinate order fulfillment during peak hours, ensuring timely service for dine‑in and take‑away customers.
- Adhere to the rotating shift schedule, covering both morning (07:30‑16:00) and evening (15:30‑23:00) shifts, and perform weekly overtime as required.
- Uphold company policies on hygiene, safety, and customer privacy, particularly in a Muslim‑friendly environment.
- Participate in regular team briefings, share feedback, and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Must be within the specified age limit (maximum 0 years as indicated, interpreted as a placeholder – actual age to be discussed during interview).
- Gender: Female (Muslimah).
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Boyolali or surrounding areas.
- Work experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, café, or retail cash handling environment.
- Key skills: Proficiency with cash‑register systems, basic arithmetic, and familiarity with POS software.
- Personal attributes: Honesty, discipline, agility, strong teamwork spirit, and a positive attitude toward shift work.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts (07:30‑16:00 and 15:30‑23:00) and to undertake one overtime day per week.
