Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our expanding team covering the Kabupaten Lamongan area. In this role you will act as the front‑line ambassador for our electronic data capture (EDC) solutions, helping micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) adopt modern payment technology that streamlines their cash flow and enhances customer experience. This position offers a dynamic blend of field canvassing, relationship building, and target‑focused selling, perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy direct interaction with business owners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily canvassing activities across assigned territories, visiting UMKM locations to present the benefits of our EDC machines.
- Achieve a minimum sales target of 2‑3 EDC units per day by effectively demonstrating product features and addressing client objections.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective merchants, using CRM tools to track interactions, follow‑ups, and conversion status.
- Provide on‑site installation assistance and basic training to new merchants, ensuring they become confident users of the device.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging payment trends to inform sales tactics.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager and marketing team to align on promotional campaigns, pricing adjustments, and special incentive programs.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting achieved sales, pending leads, and any challenges encountered in the field.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and customer service, representing the brand positively at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or field‑service role, preferably within financial services or technology products.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a two‑wheel motor vehicle for reliable travel throughout Kabupaten Lamongan.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently while meeting daily targets.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust approaches accordingly.
