Introduction

To support this growth, we are seeking a proactive, disciplined, and highly motivated Security Coordinator (Koordinator Keamanan dan Pengawasan) who will safeguard our assets, staff, and facilities while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant vigilance over all company premises, ensuring that all entry points, storage areas, and operational zones are secure.
• Conduct regular patrols—both foot and vehicle‑based—throughout the facility to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, responding promptly to any alerts or incidents.
• Implement and enforce company security policies, including visitor registration, vehicle access control, and employee body‑check procedures.
• Coordinate emergency response actions, such as fire evacuation, medical incidents, or security breaches, acting swiftly and calmly.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, patrols, and any security‑related observations.
• Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, human resources, and operations—as well as external agencies such as local police or private security contractors.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities in the workplace and propose practical improvements to prevent theft, sabotage, or damage to equipment.
• Assist in training new security staff and conduct periodic drills to ensure readiness.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for all employees, customers, and visitors, reinforcing a culture of respect and responsibility.

Requirements

• Male candidates, maximum age 38‑40 years.
• Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA) or vocational school (SMK) equivalent.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or guard role; prior experience in a retail or distribution setting is a strong advantage.
• Possession of a recognized security training certificate (e.g., Sertifikat Pelatihan Security) is preferred.
• Excellent physical health and mental resilience to handle demanding shift patterns (Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑19:00).
• Core personal attributes: discipline, firmness, honesty, strong sense of responsibility, and high initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a coordinated team.
• Basic administrative skills for reporting, documentation, and inventory checks.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
