Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily activities of the sales team to ensure effective promotion of Mandala Finance’s financing products.
- Assist sales officers in the acquisition of new customers and help them achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance evaluations, and on‑site supervision of sales officers to maintain high productivity.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers, showrooms, and other strategic partners to expand market reach.
- Control the quality of financing applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market potential, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable insights for sales strategy development.
- Ensure all sales processes follow Mandala Finance’s procedures, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for senior management.
- Deliver basic training sessions and motivational talks to boost the team’s sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit, Collection, and Marketing departments to guarantee smooth financing cycles.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales coordination or B2C finance role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C driving license.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
- Key competencies: sales management, customer‑focused mindset, result‑oriented approach, and a solid understanding of sales targets.
