We are a fast‑growing logistics and expedition company serving the Bandung‑Cileunyi corridor, and we are looking for a dynamic Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi to lead our courier recruitment and field operations in the southern Bandung area. Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential couriers using a mix of traditional and digital methods, including flyering, social media campaigns, and personal referrals.
- Verify candidate qualifications such as a valid driver’s license (SIM), appropriate vehicle ownership, and compliance with local transportation regulations.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess soft skills, and ensure all required documentation (ID, vehicle registration, insurance) is complete and accurate.
- Provide clear onboarding instructions, explain standard operating procedures (SOP), and train new couriers on the company’s mobile application and delivery workflow.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, track courier performance, and analyze retention rates to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for the HR team and senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Detect, investigate, and resolve on‑the‑ground fraud incidents, collaborating with security and compliance teams to protect company assets and reputation.
- Coordinate daily schedules with the operations team to ensure adequate courier coverage for peak delivery windows.
- Maintain a database of active and prospective couriers, updating contact information and status changes in real time.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings, offering feedback on market trends, competitor recruiting tactics, and local regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, field coordination, or logistics operations.
- All genders are welcome; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with mobile recruitment/app platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to assess driver qualifications and vehicle suitability.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a basic command of English is a plus.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to handle fraud detection and resolution.
- Organizational talent to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional field visits outside regular hours.
- Key skills: debt collection process awareness, employee recruitment, and team leadership.
