We are seeking a motivated Kurir Logistik – Pengantar Barang dan Manajemen Rute to join our dynamic logistics team in Makassar. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely delivery of goods to our branch network, supporting production workflows, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes to various branch locations, ensuring on‑time arrival and accurate documentation of shipments.
- Load and unload cargo safely, handling items with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist the production team by transporting raw materials and finished products between the warehouse and production floor as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including regular sweeping, waste disposal, and inventory arrangement.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues, and coordinate with the maintenance department to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
- Use handheld devices or paper logs to record delivery confirmations, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incident reports.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and branch managers about delivery status, delays, or special handling requirements.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety policies, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in periodic training sessions on safe driving, cargo handling, and customer service excellence.
- Provide feedback on route optimization and suggest improvements to enhance overall logistics efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in cargo delivery, courier services, or related logistics functions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg regularly.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A preferred; SIM B1 or C considered an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Makassar’s road network, especially the Tamalanrea area and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic proficiency with mobile navigation apps and inventory tracking tools.
