Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the CEO to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and guarantee on‑time completion of critical milestones.
- Develop, propose, and continuously refine project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to maximize efficiency.
- Implement robust file‑management systems that keep documentation organized, easily searchable, and securely stored.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates to clients, gathering feedback and adjusting project plans as needed.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, ensuring clear communication between design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
- Identify potential risks early, devise mitigation strategies, and maintain a contingency plan for unexpected challenges.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional certifications in project management are a plus.
