Responsibilities

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and keeping displays visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal sales events to drive foot traffic.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, adhering to company policies.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
- Utilize the store management system to update product information, track sales, and generate basic reports.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
