We are seeking a diligent and motivated Surveyor Lapangan to join our on‑site team. This role is crucial for evaluating the creditworthiness of prospective financing customers, ensuring that all data collected is accurate, and providing clear recommendations that support our loan approval process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, field‑based environment, possess strong observational skills, and be comfortable traveling independently with a personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive on‑site surveys of financing applicants, assessing eligibility based on financial and personal criteria.
- Verify applicant information by inspecting residences, workplaces, and surrounding environments to confirm data integrity.
- Compile detailed survey reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the underwriting team.
- Provide clear, evidence‑based recommendations on whether to approve or decline each financing application.
- Maintain regular communication with branch officers and applicants to clarify any discrepancies found during the survey.
- Document photographic evidence and geo‑tag locations using a mobile device or camera to support report findings.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and safety protocols while conducting fieldwork.
- Assist in occasional training sessions for new field staff, sharing best practices for efficient surveying.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in field surveying, preferably within a multifinance or banking environment.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the current operational requirements.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess financial information and environmental factors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic budgeting calculations and familiar with financial terminology.
- Physical fitness to travel to various locations across Banjarmasin and surrounding districts.
