To support our rapid expansion and deepen market penetration, we are seeking a dynamic Sales B2B – WiFi D‑Net Banten professional. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored connectivity solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results‑oriented sales specialist with a proven track record in B2B environments, a solid understanding of networking technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior decision‑makers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and contact potential corporate customers across various industries, establishing first‑contact meetings and presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and business needs to uncover new opportunities within the enterprise segment.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers, positioning WiFi D‑Net as a strategic technology partner.
  • Expand sales pipelines by cross‑selling and upselling value‑added services such as managed Wi‑Fi, IoT connectivity, and dedicated bandwidth solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and guide deals through the full sales cycle—from initial interest to contract signing and implementation.
  • Prepare concise sales strategies, forecasts, and activity reports for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post‑sale support.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as an Account Manager, B2B Sales Representative, or Corporate Sales professional within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions rather than simple retail products.
  • Proven experience conducting meetings and negotiations with senior executives and corporate decision‑makers.
  • Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Valid SIM A driver’s license and willingness to travel for on‑site client visits.
  • Preferred knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) applications, corporate networking, and broadband infrastructure.
  • Age limit: maximum 40 years; gender: open to all.
