Introduction

The Hub Lead will serve as the central point of coordination for inbound and outbound activities, ensuring that parcels move smoothly from the warehouse to the customer’s door. Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow, guaranteeing on‑time pickups, transit, and deliveries while adhering to service level agreements.
- Coordinate daily operations with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to synchronize schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement controls that minimize the risk of lost or damaged shipments, including real‑time tracking, exception handling, and root‑cause analysis.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate data entry, timely reconciliation, and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Supervise inbound receiving processes—verification, sorting, and staging—and outbound dispatch activities, optimizing dock utilization and load planning.
- Coach, mentor, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting key metrics such as delivery punctuality, order accuracy, and labor productivity.
- Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall hub efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience within logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven hands‑on experience in both First‑Mile (pickup) and Last‑Mile (delivery) operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes, including inventory control and load optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V‑lookups, macros) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Bae, Kab. Kudus, Jawa Tengah.
- Flexible to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
