Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver packages and parcels using a personal motorcycle, adhering to the most efficient routes while complying with traffic regulations.
- Perform pre‑delivery inspections to verify order accuracy, packaging integrity, and documentation completeness.
- Conduct post‑delivery checks, confirming that items have arrived undamaged and obtaining customer signatures where required.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the motorcycle, ensuring safe handling of fragile or heavy items.
- Record all delivery activities in the company’s tracking system, updating status in real time via a mobile application.
- Report any incidents, delays, or discrepancies to the logistics supervisor promptly.
- Maintain the motorcycle in a road‑worthy condition, performing routine checks on tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, representing the company’s values of reliability and respect.
- Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to optimize route planning and manage peak‑time volumes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 45 years.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with basic delivery exposure are welcome.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle that meets safety standards.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the company’s delivery app.
- Residency within the designated service area of Lampung Metro.
- Strong sense of time management, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling paperwork and digital logs.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 15 kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and a courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
