To support this growth, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Control Room Officer – Attendant Parking in the East Java region (Surabaya/Tuban). This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth vehicle flow, maintaining security, and delivering excellent customer service within our state‑of‑the‑art parking facilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real‑time CCTV feeds and control room dashboards to oversee entry, exit, and internal circulation of vehicles.
- Coordinate with on‑site attendants to direct traffic, manage queue length, and resolve bottlenecks during peak hours.
- Validate parking tickets, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of parking equipment (gates, barriers, ticket dispensers) and report any malfunction to maintenance teams.
- Enforce safety and security protocols, including verification of driver documents, detection of unauthorized parking, and assistance in emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, vehicle counts, and daily revenue for reporting to senior management.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, answering queries about rates, location of vacant spots, and special services such as valet or electric‑vehicle charging.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and fire safety officials when required, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service, conflict resolution, and the latest parking technology systems.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to increase utilization of parking assets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates up to 29 years of age; however, the position is open to all genders as stated in the original posting.
- Height at least 165 cm for males with a proportional weight; no visible tattoos or body piercings.
- Vision without corrective lenses (no glasses, no myopia or astigmatism).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to work a regular schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Willingness to be placed in Surabaya or Tuban and to start work immediately.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with surveillance software and parking management systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
- Zero tolerance for substance abuse; candidates must pass a standard background check.
