Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Mobile (Wilayah Bukittinggi) to join our growing sales team. This position is focused on expanding market reach, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers, and driving revenue through the effective promotion of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background, a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar sales environment, and the personal attributes necessary to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric role.
The role is based in Bukittinggi and will involve travel across the assigned territory. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and have access to a personal vehicle to meet clients and attend distribution channel meetings.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s product range to existing customers and prospect new accounts within the Bukittinggi region.
- Generate sales orders from distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data entry and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare and submit complete credit applications, coordinating with the credit department to secure approvals.
- Monitor the status of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating credit decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about payment terms, due dates, collection locations, and any other relevant financial information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, finance, and after‑sales service—to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities, reporting insights to management for strategic planning.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting performance metrics and proposing action plans to achieve targets.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards and compliance policies in all customer engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit processing, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome but will be given priority if they demonstrate strong potential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid SIM A/C license.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to occasional overtime or weekend visits as required by customers.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and basic financial documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
