Introduction
PT BCA Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and energetic Senior Field Account Consultant to join its Bandung branch. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, ensuring timely repayment of overdue loans, and supporting the overall health of the loan portfolio. The position is based in Bandung and requires regular field visits as well as telephone outreach. Candidates will work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, under the guidance of the branch management team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive reminder calls and on‑site visits to customers whose loan repayments have passed the due date.
- Perform detailed observations and analyses of each borrower’s situation to tailor appropriate collection strategies.
- Negotiate repayment plans while preserving a respectful and professional relationship with the client.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022).
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve complex cases.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and field activities for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell BCA Finance products when appropriate and in line with compliance standards.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collection techniques and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the posting.
- Strong interest in field‑based work and willingness to travel within Bandung and surrounding areas.
- Valid SIM C and personal motorcycle for daily commuting to client locations.
- Residency in Bandung or nearby districts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- High level of integrity and adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily/weekly targets.
