Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guru SD IT AIS serta Guru Diniyah untuk Ikhwan & Akhwat to join our vibrant learning community. The successful candidate will teach primary‑school students (TK, SD, SMP) in both information‑technology (IT) subjects and Diniyah (Islamic) studies, fostering a balanced development of technical competence and moral values. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates of any gender are welcome, provided they respect the school’s cultural guidelines regarding gender‑specific classroom arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lessons in IT fundamentals, coding basics, and digital literacy that align with the national curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and organize Diniyah teaching materials, including Qur’an recitation, Hadith studies, and Islamic ethics, appropriate for each age group.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and oral evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain an orderly, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect among pupils.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate technology with religious education.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school‑wide events such as cultural festivals and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Contribute to the creation of extracurricular clubs (e.g., coding club, Quran study circle) to extend learning beyond regular class hours.
- Adhere to school policies on gender segregation where applicable, ensuring a safe and comfortable setting for both Ikhwan and Akhwat.
- Utilize digital tools for lesson planning, record‑keeping, and communication with parents and administration.
- Continuously reflect on and refine teaching methodologies based on feedback and emerging educational trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1/D4 in Education or a related field, with a focus on primary or secondary teaching.
- Teaching certification or licensure recognized by the Ministry of Education is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience (or practicum) teaching at the TK, SD, or SMP level, especially in IT or Islamic studies.
- Strong grasp of the Indonesian national curriculum for both technology and Diniyah subjects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to young learners.
- Patience, discipline, and a high degree of dedication to student welfare and moral development.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development programs and school improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, administrators, and support staff.
