Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Sawangan area, covering the broader Jabodetabek Selatan region. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our market footprint by promoting a diverse portfolio of products to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a keen ability to close deals while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and sell the company’s product line to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet specific customer needs.
  • Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and thorough verification of customer information.
  • Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, coordinating with internal finance teams to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required actions.
  • Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at client organizations, fostering long‑term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback, helping shape future product enhancements.
  • Track sales performance against targets, preparing regular reports for senior management and suggesting corrective measures when needed.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 29 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; experience in B2C sales or financial product distribution is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with placement based on domicile within the assigned territory.
  • Key competencies: B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, sales‑oriented mindset, target‑driven approach, and strong closing skills.
