Responsibilities
- Proactively present and sell the company’s product line to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet specific customer needs.
- Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, coordinating with internal finance teams to expedite approvals.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required actions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at client organizations, fostering long‑term loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback, helping shape future product enhancements.
- Track sales performance against targets, preparing regular reports for senior management and suggesting corrective measures when needed.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; experience in B2C sales or financial product distribution is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with placement based on domicile within the assigned territory.
- Key competencies: B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, sales‑oriented mindset, target‑driven approach, and strong closing skills.
