Responsibilities

- Manage day‑to‑day community interaction, responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content with a friendly, professional tone.
- Monitor platform analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates) and produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to co‑create live events, giveaways, and challenges that expand reach.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools in the social‑media landscape, recommending innovative tactics to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional coursework in marketing, communications, or digital media is a plus.
- Age: 18‑27 years.
