Responsibilities

  • Learn and master all job desks and station roles within the restaurant, including cash handling, serving, noodle preparation, bar service, dim sum assembly, production line duties, and clear‑up tasks.
  • Perform rotating station assignments to ensure operational flexibility and seamless coverage during peak hours.
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and accurate service to every guest, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following sanitation standards and conducting regular equipment checks.
  • Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow crew members, supervisors, and kitchen staff to achieve daily service targets and uphold quality standards.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
  • Adhere to the shifting schedule, working flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, active attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team, demonstrate reliability, and adapt quickly to new tasks.
  • No history of serious illness that could affect job performance.
  • Possession of a valid and active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and customer service etiquette.
