Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and station roles within the restaurant, including cash handling, serving, noodle preparation, bar service, dim sum assembly, production line duties, and clear‑up tasks.
- Perform rotating station assignments to ensure operational flexibility and seamless coverage during peak hours.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and accurate service to every guest, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following sanitation standards and conducting regular equipment checks.
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members, supervisors, and kitchen staff to achieve daily service targets and uphold quality standards.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to the shifting schedule, working flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, active attitude.
- Ability to work in a team, demonstrate reliability, and adapt quickly to new tasks.
- No history of serious illness that could affect job performance.
- Possession of a valid and active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and customer service etiquette.
