Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Waiter – Guest Service to join our vibrant dining team. This full‑time role is based at our flagship outlet, operating six days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will embody the values of hospitality, reliability, and a strong work ethic while delivering a memorable experience to every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are recorded correctly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing utensils, and resetting after each service.
  • Handle payment transactions efficiently, issue receipts, and process cash or card payments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in inventory checks of tableware, napkins, and condiments, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow wait staff, hosts, and kitchen crew to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and hospitality trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidate, Muslim faith, in alignment with the restaurant’s cultural environment.
  • Age: up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required – entry‑level welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a trustworthy attitude.
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Excellent teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse staff.
  • High level of work spirit and willingness to take initiative.
  • Basic proficiency in food and beverage service skills, including knowledge of menu items and proper serving etiquette.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of a fast‑paced dining environment.
