Responsibilities
- Approach customers who have settled their main obligations and present clear, courteous offers for the payment or settlement of any remaining penalties.
- Conduct on‑site visits across Langsa and surrounding districts, using a personal motorcycle to reach remote or hard‑to‑access locations.
- Negotiate payment terms, explain the legal basis of each fine, and tailor settlement options to the customer’s financial situation while maintaining company policy.
- Document every interaction in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records of offers made, agreements reached, and payments collected.
- Follow up regularly with customers who accept payment plans, monitoring adherence and escalating delinquent cases to the supervisory team when necessary.
- Collaborate with the central collections department to synchronize data, share insights from field encounters, and improve overall recovery strategies.
- Provide feedback on common objections or misunderstandings encountered during negotiations, contributing to the continuous improvement of scripts and training materials.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, safeguarding sensitive personal and financial information at all times.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for settled fines, reporting performance metrics to the line manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorbike (sepeda motor) and an active SIM C driving license.
- Strong sense of integrity, honesty, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Resilience and physical stamina for daily fieldwork from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with debt‑collection processes or willingness to learn.
