Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Order Collection Representative to join our dynamic field sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and its retail partners, responsible for gathering daily orders, expanding our store network, and ensuring timely payments. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where strong interpersonal skills and a results‑driven mindset are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Visit existing client stores on a scheduled basis to collect customer orders and verify product availability.
- Identify and approach potential new retail outlets, presenting our product portfolio and negotiating partnership terms to grow the company’s distribution network.
- Prepare and deliver accurate order documentation, ensuring that all details are entered into the sales system promptly.
- Conduct on‑site invoicing and collect payments, handling both cash (kontan) and credit terms with a standard 14‑day payment window.
- Track sales performance against monthly targets, reporting progress and challenges to the sales manager.
- Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date database of client contacts, order histories, and payment statuses.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding product demand, competitor activity, and market trends to assist with strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including proper handling of the SIM C, active SKCK, and the safe use of a personal motorcycle for travel.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 34 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent with a grade point average above 7.0.
- Active SIM C (motorcycle license) and a clean SKCK (Police Clearance).
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel to client locations.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, order taking, or field service roles; prior experience in consumer goods distribution is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, mobile apps) and basic sales analysis software.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational abilities and a self‑motivated attitude to achieve sales targets.
