Introduction
The Staff Front Office (Layanan Pelanggan dan Administrasi) plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, routing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain and update front‑office logs, visitor registers, and daily activity reports.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure conference spaces are ready.
- Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents as required by the finance team.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with lead tracking and follow‑up communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
