Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Administrator Kontrol Inventaris (Female) to join our fast‑growing operations team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the accuracy of our inventory records, performing regular physical audits, and ensuring that our stock‑management system remains reliable and transparent. This position offers a stable, full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00, and is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who thrive in a systematic, independent work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of warehouse stock on a weekly and monthly basis, verifying item counts, condition, and storage locations.
- Record all observations in the inventory management system, updating quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates with precision.
- Cross‑check physical counts against system‑generated reports and paper documents to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare clear, objective audit reports that summarize findings, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate audit results to supervisors and relevant department heads, providing constructive feedback on process gaps.
- Maintain strict data integrity by safeguarding confidential inventory information and performing tasks without external influence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to audit procedures, barcode scanning practices, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure that inbound and outbound movements are accurately reflected in the system.
- Assist in training new staff on inventory control protocols and the proper use of audit tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in inventory control, internal audit, or a related logistics function.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect subtle inconsistencies in data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of focus when performing repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrated independence and integrity; must be able to work without supervision and resist external pressure.
- Comfortable working alone in a quiet environment; ideal for introverted personalities who appreciate structured, orderly workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Honesty, responsibility, and discipline are non‑negotiable traits for this role.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program nor employed elsewhere.
- Familiarity with basic audit software, Microsoft Excel, and barcode scanning equipment.
