Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team at our Cikarang branch. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for promoting our ERP and internet‑based solutions, generating new business opportunities, and supporting existing customers to achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and present compelling product proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct product demonstration meetings and webinars for both new and existing customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new accounts within the IT and ERP market segments.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance metrics, for senior management review.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of qualified leads and to address any client concerns promptly.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years; all genders are welcome.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Genuine interest in the IT sector, internet services, ERP systems, and related technologies.
- Highly disciplined, target‑oriented, and comfortable with a fast‑changing work environment.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and a two‑wheel vehicle for client visits (mandatory).
- Proficiency in basic database and network administration concepts, quick adaptability, and solid communication abilities.
