Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established checklists.
- Operate floor‑care equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet extractors safely and efficiently.
- Restock supplies, including paper products, hand soap, and cleaning agents, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the facilities supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, using personal protective equipment where required.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects, such as deep‑cleaning periods, window washing, and event‑setup cleanup.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks and any incidents, supporting transparent communication with management.
- Demonstrate initiative by suggesting process improvements that enhance efficiency or reduce waste.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (pria).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 or equivalent; a high school diploma (SMA) is acceptable if combined with relevant experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in a cleaning service or janitorial role is required.
- Physical & Mental Health: Must be in good physical condition and possess a sound, positive mindset.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Character Traits: Honesty, diligence, high activity level, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills.
