We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Quality Control (QC) professional to join our warehouse operations in Kapuk Kamal Muara, North Jakarta. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive chemical analyses of incoming raw materials and finished product samples using standard laboratory equipment such as pH meters, freezing‑point testers, spectrophotometers, and titration kits.
- Document test results accurately in electronic data management systems and generate clear, concise reports for production and supply‑chain teams.
- Verify the completeness and condition of goods during inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that all items meet specified quality criteria before they are moved or dispatched.
- Monitor and record the unloading (bongkar muat) process, including weighing, sampling, and visual inspection of cargo to detect any deviations from quality standards.
- Conduct regular stock‑take (stock opname) activities, reconcile inventory records, and identify discrepancies that could affect product safety or regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with production supervisors, procurement officers, and warehouse staff to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant laboratory environment, adhering to both internal SOPs and external regulations such as ISO 9001 and local chemical safety guidelines.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to testing methods, workflow efficiencies, and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK with a focus on Chemistry or a D3/S1 degree in Chemistry.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a QC Analyst in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Proven ability to conduct raw‑material analysis using chemical methods (pH measurement, freezing‑point determination, etc.).
- Familiarity with logistics processes, including loading/unloading operations and inventory verification, is a strong advantage.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s gender requirement.
- Willingness to work on‑site at the Kapuk Kamal Muara facility and adhere to the standard work hours of 07:00 – 16:00, Monday through Friday.
- Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating reliability and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
