We are seeking a dynamic Mitra Bisnis Lapangan – Area Magelang who will serve as the frontline ambassador of our mission, building strong relationships with households and guiding them through our micro‑financing programs. This role is pivotal for growing our customer base in the Magelang region, ensuring that underserved families receive the support they need to thrive economically.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new potential borrowers by conducting door‑to‑door outreach and community events, aiming to meet monthly acquisition targets.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling to member households, helping them understand budgeting, savings, and the benefits of Amartha’s financing solutions.
- Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s risk assessment policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare concise recommendation reports for the financing committee, highlighting creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and any mitigating factors.
- Accompany members to weekly service meetings, facilitate transactions, and resolve any operational issues that arise during the session.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system daily, and submit weekly performance dashboards to regional supervisors.
- Collaborate with local partners, cooperatives, and community leaders to foster trust and generate referral pipelines.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions on digital marketing tools, financial literacy, and compliance updates.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 33 years; open to all genders.
- Education: minimum high school (SMA/SMK) with a strong preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent.
- Possession of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for field travel.
- Willingness to work in the field full‑time, including occasional travel to other Amartha branches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including negotiation, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- High level of self‑motivation, time‑management, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, as are candidates with prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community development.
- Optional: willingness to reside in company‑provided mess facilities for the duration of the assignment.
